The room was quiet despite the busy neighborhood, and the complimentary snacks at check-in were a nice touch. However, the outdated decor and lack of air conditioning made it less enjoyable during the heat wave.

I had an awesome stay with my friends! We explored the famous Oktoberfest and enjoyed the beautiful nearby gardens. The location made it easy to walk around, and the staff was super friendly. I recommend this spot for a comfortable group trip, especially if you want to be close to public transport.
The only downside was the smell in the hallways when we checked in. it was pretty off-putting during cleaning. I think they need to improve the cleaning equipment they use.

Consider exploring the vibrant local Middle Eastern eateries for a unique dining experience beyond the hotel’s menu options.

Man, the food scene is a mixed bag but the Middle Eastern joints are popping! Tarboosh Muenchen, just a few steps away, had some killer falafel. Plus, the hotel felt super modern, which was a breath of fresh air after other spots in Munich.
But the whole neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, with too many Afghani shops and hookah bars. And honestly, my room was tiny. I barely had space to swing a cat. A bit of a rough vibe for my taste.

The cozy sitting area in the courtyard felt like a little slice of heaven, perfect for enjoying my morning coffee while basking in the fresh air. It was soothing and accessible, making it a delightful retreat.
Air conditioning would enhance comfort significantly.

The hotel offered a fantastic stay. The room felt spacious with clever design and had all the essential amenities I needed. The high-quality toiletries impressed me. Staff greeted me warmly and took care of my needs promptly. I enjoyed unwinding in the bar area, which radiated a cozy ambiance. The hotel's proximity to the main train station made it super convenient for exploring the city. However, the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, especially at night. Noise from the nearby streets was noticeable, which affected the peaceful atmosphere I sought. I also faced an issue with room servicing. on a couple of occasions, housekeeping entered unannounced despite my request for privacy. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great facilities but attention to neighborhood safety and room servicing consistency could enhance the experience.

Great location and comfy stay
We stayed for 3 nights and loved how close it was to the train station. The bed was super comfy, and having tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch. The breakfast setup was a bit odd, though, with bags hung on the door instead of a buffet. Just be ready for possible language hiccups if you don't speak German.
